On-site registration:
A fee of 250 SEK will be added to the registration fee. Payment by credit card only.

All prices includes 25% VAT

The conference registration fee includes access to all sessions, welcome reception, and conference dinner plus refreshments according to the program. Please note that some of the events need pre-registration on the registration form.

ISCA Membership

Please note that you must be a ISCA-member to attend the conference. If you are not a member, please register at the ISCA-website.

To apply for membership fee at a discounted rate, please provide a signed self-declaration of income (for full members) or photocopy of student card (for student members).

 

Payment

Payment must be made in advance of the conference.
Swedish delegates
• Swedish delegates can choose to pay either by credit card or by invoice.
• If you choose to pay by invoice, an administrative fee of SEK 100 (plus VAT) will be added. You will receive your invoice by regular mail.
Delegates from outside Sweden
• According to Swedish and legislation, 25% VAT will be added also for delegates from outside Sweden.
• If you choose to pay by invoice an administrative fee of SEK 100 (plus VAT) will be added.
• All payments must be made in SEK (Swedish krona)
• Payment should be made by credit card or by bank transfer.
• Upon choice of payment method ”International bank transfer” on the registration form, you will receive an invoice including bank transfer information such as bank account, IBAN, etc. Confirmation letter and invoice will be sent by e-mail.
• Please note that we accept the following credit cards: VISA and Master Card.
• The participant/payee is responsible for any bank charges/fees associated with the payment.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Akademikonferens, the conference secretariat.

Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 21 July, up to which date the total amount will be refunded minus SEK 750 for cancellation fee.

We regret that no refunds or reductions of fees will be accepted for cancellations made after 21 July, nor for no-shows for any reasons.

Change of Name
Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Please contact the conference secretariat as soon as possible. An administration fee of SEK 250 will be charged.
